There really is no substitute for the experience of having worked full time with clients through all types of markets to allow a REALTOR® to provide a client good information on which to make the right decisions for the client’s unique circumstances.
There is no formal mentoring system in real estate as in some other professions and only recently has mandatory re-education been implemented in BC. So while there is definitely a minimum standard to become and remain licensed, it is totally a personal decision for REALTORS® to elevate themselves beyond the minimum.
We're not learning on the job - we're applying our skills and expertise in the best interests of our clients.
Striving for a Higher Standard is often call professionalism and it has always been the basis of our approach…”Doing It Right …For You”!
